The live stream of two French youtubers Mcfly and Carlito raise more than 400,000€ to help hospitals

This Thursday, April 2, the two youtubers Mcfly and Carlito organized a Maradon to collect as many donations as possible to help hospitals in France and the nursing staff who have to deal with the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Live on YouTube since 9 am, McFly and Carlito received French personalities such as Guillaume Canet, Pierre Niney, Cyprien and Natoo during the day to participate in games and other quizzes. They regularly called on Internet users to make donations, promising to meet challenges based on the amounts received.

The two youtubers are famous for using their notoriety for youth sensitivity very often as recently with the video "Stay at Home" of the Grand JD where a very large number of personality, including Mcfly and Carlito, encourages people to stay at home for prevent the spread of the virus. link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gW3bmOpFfRc



The live lasted a total of 11 hours and they managed to raise an incredible sum: 400,000

euros in donations!

A sum which will therefore be donated to the 1000 hospitals and 3800 medico-social establishments of the Fédération hospitalière de France in order to enable them to buy equipment, meals for carers and digital tablets for people in nursing homes so that they can communicate with their families during confinement. This initiative of the two Youtubers was greeted by a surprise guest during the Maradon because President Emmanuel Macron made a point of commenting on the event live on the chat by sending a message: "Thank you to all those who are committed to our caregivers on the front line against COVID-19! ".
